Member Preference: Decimal Point

The preferred symbol to display before the decimals in a number. For Example:

In English notation the symbol is a dot (".") which will display the number three point one four as 3.14

In French notation the symbol is a comma (",") which will display the number three point one four as 3,14

Choose whatever symbol you would like to use when numbers with decimals are displayed.
